This notice explains how we handle information on the Sern marketing website and its standard waitlist.

Who we are

Siris Technologies Limited is the controller for this information. Contact privacy@siris.io about your data or this notice.

Information you share

When online sign-up is available, we collect your name, email address and organisation, and any role or description of the work you choose to share. We also record your affirmative consent, the wording and version you agreed to, and the time and source of your submission. If you contact us by email, we receive the information in your message.

Why we use it

We use waitlist information to contact you about access to Sern. We rely on your consent for the waitlist. This is not a marketing subscription, and we do not sell your information. You can withdraw consent by emailing privacy@siris.io.

How long we keep it

We retain waitlist details and their consent records for 12 months after your latest affirmative submission, and delete them earlier if you withdraw or are invited to Sern. Account information for invited users is handled separately under the product’s privacy policy.

Hosting and service providers

Our website is hosted on AWS Amplify. When enabled, the waitlist is submitted securely through this website to the Sern API. Authorised platform administrators can access waitlist records. Hosting and email providers process the data needed to run these services. Technical request information may be used to operate the site and prevent abuse; IP addresses used for rate limiting are not permanent waitlist profile fields.

Cookies and optional analytics

Optional Google Analytics is disabled until a Sern-specific analytics ID is configured. When enabled, it loads only after you select Accept in the analytics notice. Accept and Decline are equally available. A Sern consent cookie stores your choice for one year. You can reopen the notice using Cookie settings in the footer and decline to stop further analytics collection.

Without a configured analytics ID, this site shows no analytics consent banner and loads no Google Analytics. Google processes analytics data when you consent; see Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or a portable copy where applicable. You may also withdraw consent. Contact privacy@siris.io to make a request. You can raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We update this notice as the site and waitlist develop. The date above identifies the current version.
